ges1.0-tools software package provides Tools for use with the GStreamer editing services, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install ges1.0-tools
ges1.0-tools is installed in your system.
Make ensure the ges1.0-tools package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ges1.0-tools *
You will get with ges1.0-tools package name, version, architecture and description in a table
